The District has demolished those facilities, and any formerly present hazardous materials (i.e. asbestos) has been properly abated, and the entire facilities have been demolished and removed from the Property. The Property will be conveyed subject to the exceptions and reservations contained in the bid package, including the reservation and exception that any conveyance will be for the surface only.
