I have lived in Austin since 1981. During that time, I have lived in many Austin neighborhoods from Westlake to Tarrytown to Clarksville and then in Travis Heights. I have owned rental property in Zilker, Allandale and Bouldin. I have used multiple Realtors, too, and without a doubt, Charlotte Lipscomb stands out as the most professional and successful agent I have used in all the years I have done business here. She listened and discerned what was important to us as buyers and only showed us properties that she knew we would like. If we were going to have another child, we might consider naming her Charlotte! We first met Charlotte when we bought the house we have lived in for the last 10 years. Even as a Seller’s agent, she impressed us so much that we had her sell our previous home. Now it is time to move along, and Charlotte was enormously helpful yet again.
